Six

Went to sixlakes again with Josh d. over the weekend. Awesome trip except for the 85km off "HARD" rain on the way home. We were soaked and freezing. But the trip was a friggin blast. I have some pics on the macbook at home of me and him gettting some pretty fat air at the sanddunes. I'm going on vacation for a week+ starting on Friday. Going to hit etown for some school shopping/jaret's bday. Dad got a new seadoo so I'm going to do some wakeboarding with her, and Jenny is coming down to for a few days. Can't wait. F work. Summer is almost over :( Life is good. Blogging isn't all that fun. I like taking pictures not writing diaries haha. Anyways...go look at my flikr pictures and leave me some good comments saying how PRO I am.

Not sure I've shared this with you before but there is a spoof on Youtube you have to see. Just search for "David Blaine spoof". There are 2 different ones and you HAVE to watch them funniest shit ever. What the F'er! I think we are going to attempt to camp tonight and tommorow at Gregoire Lake even though it's going to be +4C at night. Jaret, Jenny, and I might all end up in the same sleeping bag by the end of it hehe. I was so happy to have JT back again. He gave me the biggest hug ever. God I love him so much. Gotta get the hugs while I'm still cool enough for him haha. Roof guy is coming over to do a quote today since we are keeping our place instead of buying it. That should cost a pretty penny. Ouch. Just read today that the average price of a home in the MAC is now over 600,000 dollars. Awesome. No. Hhahah we will spend our money elsewhere thx. God it's nice to be mortgage free. I just got paid over 3000 dollars or so and have no mortgage in sight. Life is GOOD!

Well it's official. Me and Jenny went to the bank today and paid off the trailer. So we both own it now and we have a whopping mortgage payment of zero dollars and zero cents. Not sure there's a better feeling in the world. Well I could think of one. Not that one you dirty pervs hahaha. Jaret's gone to newfieland soon. He's only been back for one week and now he's gone for 2 again. Partytime!! hehe..well not really. I missed him to death. He's such a goodkid. Must be cause of me. :P Have a good one.

WHat?

Headed to etown this weekend to pick up the littleman. I miss him alot. Can't wait to see his new mohawk haha..crazy little punkass :P Went to the airshow not too long ago it was supercool. We've been looking at quite a few houses to buy and all of it has been crap. Anything really nice is like 700000! Stupid Fort McMisery. House for Sale

Still working on my place to get it ready to sell. Josh kindly brought me down an air compressor and brad nailer and nails. So I need to slap my baseboards back on tonight (just had the lino redone) Then I need to get my carpets cleaned GOOD, tidy the place up and she's ready to sell. We went quadding last night (Jenny,myself, and Josh) it was a fun trip. But, I had to change my coolant out before we left because I lost most of it on the way out to sixlakes. So that was interesting. I could practically be a quad mechanic now. I've changed a tire, brake pads, coolant, batteries, air filter, engine oil, etcetc. We are going to check out a place tonight at 8:30 in Beaconhill. Pray it's the one!! Have a gooden.

Hip concert tonight! I was going to bring my camera but I'm not so sure now as it just started to rain and thunder like a mofo. There is a tornado watch warning for Fort McMurray/Fort Mckay as well. OHOH? The concert could be interesting now. Still going strong on my 365days. I am on day 8 now. Still have to take my picture for today. I am super close to selling my house. Just have to slap on the baseboards and clean the carpet and it's open house time. I am selling it privately so if anyone knows any potential buyers feel free to pass them my number. I'm hopefully going to hit the quad trails again soon. My quad misses his master :P Well back to work. Damn it's hot in here.

I've started a new little project, or BIG project on FLIKR. It's called 365. You basically take a self portrait of yourself once everyday and post it to flikr. Not sure I'll actually make it all the way though. The pictures can be anything really as long as its me thats taking it and the picture is of me or part of me or something along those lines. BusyBusyBusy. Jaret is gone for 2 or 3 weeks to his mommas house. Man am I going to miss his guts. Then he's going to newfoundland for 2 weeks. He'll be a foot taller when he gets back. I've been superbusy moving Jenny in and moving out her stuff from her place as the buyers get position this Sunday. Might go to six lakes sanddunes this saturday with Josh and Chris. Would be fun. But will make for a LONG ass day though. We'll see how that pans out. Going to go see Transformers with levoir, saxton, cake, & jenny on wednesday. I heard it was pretty good. Still gotta plan a trip for me and Jenny somewhere when school starts. Where should we go? She REALLY wants to go to the cayman islands. I want to go to Amsterdam! hahahah..well have a good one. Don't get any on ya bye.

Six Lakes

We drove approx 420km total on the quads on our trip up to Six Lakes, and I feel it. The trip went relatively smoothly besides a bit of wind/rain and one broken down quad that we had to haul back to civilization. We camped there for 4 nights. I don't think I ever want to see sand again. I may not have been more dirty in my entire life. I think I had about 4 or 5 layers of armpit perfume. :P We also got to ride the quads on the richardson sand dunes. So fun. It was like riding on water. Huge wide open dunes and sand forever. I want to go back there for sure for a day trip. The fishing was awesome too. We were the only ones out there that had a boat so we had the whole lake to ourselves. I also went over to Wayne Aucion's camping stag party across the lake and got a bit tipsy. Dave Matthews was there as well as Chris Barret, Shane Wheaton, Colm ready, pauly, pat leroux, and a bunch of other people. Jaret had a blast. Jordan came along with us as well (jt's cousin) and the two of them were completely covered in dirt by the end of it. Not sure I want to do that trip again real soon. It was super fun but also alot of work. Next time we go I hope I can bring some of my friends instead. Hope you all had a good long weekend. Too busy

Wow busy week coming up. Last week of school too. I have to finish installing my dishwasher tonight (good luck). Then the guy from nufloors is coming tommorow to do a quote to redo my lino in the kitchen. Plus we have to pack for sixlakes cause we are leaving thursday, which happens to be the sameday they are coming in to do the floors!! We are also going meet Jenny's dad on Wednesday night and we have soccer on mondays and wednesdays. Then we have to pick up a tubtrailer to pull out to sixlakes. And go grocery shopping for the trip. I have to take a poop somewhere in there as well. hahahaha.

Least I only have to work 3 days this week. It's going to be a little too hectic for my liking. There is susposed to be a stag party for wayne aucion out at six lakes too. So if i can hunt them down I'll probably sneak over there for a couple seven beers :o Ok I'm too busy at work to think straight. Hope everyone has a wicked killer gnarly awesome sweet long weekend. Lakers

Back from Lake Athabasca. And not to happy about it. Our trip couldn't have been better, I wish we could have stayed there for another week. But at $2000.00 a head I don't think Mike Cardinal (Lakeshore contracting) would pay for that, as he already took 8 of us plus himself. Expensive trip. Wish I had his money ;) The biggest fish I caught was 31 lbs. and the biggest my dad got was about 36. I couldn't even keep track of how many fish we ended up getting. The scenery there was absolutely gorgeous. It kinda felt like we were in BC. Crystal clear water, wildlife everywhere, huge cliffs, huge fish, and the sun barely went down. I drank so much Thursday night that I was barfing off the boat on Friday morning..hahaha serves me right I guess.

We are starting to plan for our next trip already. Myself, Jenny, & JT and his grandparents and his cousin Jordan are all going to six lakes on the long weekend on our quads. Now I just gotta get my ass in gear & get Jenny's brakes adjusted on her quad this weekend. Should get some great pics on that trip as well. Just gotta pray for good weather again.

Other then that life couldn't be better. Jenny is a peach. Her and Jaret bought me a pimp chromed out bbq for fathers day (spoiled rotten) so I think I'm going to cook up some salmon on that tonight. Devirginize her :0 Oh and she died my hair black last night too. First time I've died my hair since highschool. It turned out perfect. I like it better then before. I look more punkrock now hahaha.

I think I might have mentioned it already but Jenny is moving in with me, well she basically lives with me anyways. But, her place is for sale now (MLS®: 50590280$492,500) and as soon as it sells I am ditching my place too and we are going to get a better place together. With a big garage for all our toys hehehe. We should have about 300,000 grand for a down payment so we should be able to get something decent for sure.

I'm going fishing tommorow!! My dad and I and one of his customers and a few of his buddies are all going fly in fishing up to Lake Athabasca for a few days. The fishing is phenomenal and the customer is paying for us. FREEBIE!! I'm sure it's at least 1500 dollars per person. I also just found out me and Jaret and his cousin Jordan are going quadding on the long weekend up to six lakes. Hopefully my buddy Josh is going to come and keep me company haha. I heard it's absolutely gorgeous up there.

Father's day is coming this Sunday don't forget to buy your papa something or give him a big hug or a card.

Caterpillars are the devil

I am officially sick of Caterpillars. Even though I work at Finning and Caterpillars are the best. The live ones suck. There must have been 147 trillion of them at Gregoire Lake this weekend. Add the mosquitos to that and you have some serious bug annoyage going on. But we had a wicked time still. Jenny, Jaret, and I all caught some jack fish. We went wakeboarding/surfing, had a few beers, lounged on the beach, played some soccer, ate some hotdogs/steak, then drank a couple more beers. I posted some of the pictures on facebook lastnight as well, just in case any of the 4 people that read this wanna go look hehe. Hope everyone is enjoying the sun. Have a good week. Wild-erness

Only 8 more hours and we are heading out to Gregoire Lake! It is absolutely retardedly hot out today and it's susposed to stay that way all weekend. Got the truck all packed up and ready to go already. Just need to swing home after work and snag my boat and we're off. My friend from work was out there the other day and they caught 34 fish between a few of them. I hope Jenny & Jaret have that much luck too. I'm also going to bring my wakeboard so if I get the chance I'm going to be popping some tricks off the wake sooner then later. Weeee..wish me luck in not breaking my knees or face hahaha. Jenny is going to list her place for sale this Tuesday and we're hoping she can sell it soon and then she's moving in with us. Her place is costing her a fortune at the moment and she lives at my place right now anyways. Then we are going to find a new place together. Bye bye Paradise Road. Knock Out

So I almost knocked myself out on the weekend. Still have a headache cause of it and it happened on Saturday. Me and Josh went quadding up in Abasand and close to the end of the day I basically got closelined by a big tree branch. It almost took my helmet right off my head. Left me with a nasty gash on my nose, blood everywhere, a smashed up elbow and shoulder and a good story!

Me and Jenny also went and watched UFC at Pam & Ryan's house. Liddell got his ass wooped by Rampage. Soccer again tonight, hope it doesn't rain. Getting excited to go camping this weekend, I heard it's susposed to be close to 30 degrees on the weekend. Well that's it for now. I'm at work and kinda busy. Oh, did I tell you? I'm addicted to shrimp rolls from Earls.

Woot Woot it's Friday, and it's super sunny! So Christina Lake trip is kiboshed already :/ I called to book a campsite yesterday afternoon and they said they were full for the entire summer already? Seems bogus to me. That place has a ton of camp sites. I'm guessing most of em if not all are full with camp workers from around Nexen and CNRL and whatever other sites are out there. Bullshit. They shouldn't be aloud to take ALL the sites. So we have to settle for Gregoire Lake instead. The beaver feaver infested water is awesome! Think we might do some quadding/dirtbiking this weekend. Probably me and Josh and Jaret and cake maybe. Should be sweet. It's susposed to be plus 24 tommorow. Niccccceeeee. So 2 posts in 2 days. Lucky you.

So I've totally neglected this crappy blog. But I don't really care. Summer is here finally. F the computer. Having a rough day today. Work is swamped. Jaret took some other kids toy from school. Jaret forgot his lunch and entire backpack at home today. I'm tired and want to go home and curl up and suck my thumb hahaha. Going camping at Christina Lake a couple weeks from now. Should be a blast. Blair and Tara are coming for sure, as well as me and Jenny and Jaret. Hopefully Chris and Sheryl will go to and maybe josh or some of Jenny's friends. I am bringing my boat too so we hopefully will catch some fishies. We went and saw Tony Rock (Chris Rock's brother) at the Comedy strip in Etown over the weekend. So funny. I wish we had more comedy festivals or shows here. Still looking at buying a house. Me & Jen are probably going to buy one together. Wish me luck. So that's it for now. I might not run this blog thing anymore. I'm just not feeling it. Not saying I'm quitting. But I know for it to be interesting it has to be updated more often. Anyways..gotta run..work work work..die

We went for a ride from Waterways to the green bridge and back the other day. Jaret bit it so hard coming down the gravel road from the bridge down towards the towers. He went right over the handlebars going fairly fast. Thankfully he landed pretty good, I told him he was like a stuntman and that it was a 9/10 on the wipeout scale. Boring night. Kinda lazy. Back to Work

It's Monday..gay..i mean yay!!..no gay...went quadding up in Abasand on the weekend it was ridiculously muddy, but that's a good thing..at least until I had to clean them after hehehe. Definately one of the best spots in McMurray to go. I also went out for Saxton's bday on Saturday to Earl's. Good times were had. Many drinks were drunken. Jaret's soccer starts soon. That should be hilarious. Thankfully it's all downtown again this year so I don't have to drive to Timberlea or something through McMurray's ever growing traffic problems. Took an extra day off for the long weekend coming up so Jenny, Jaret, and myself will probably scoot down to Athabasca/Edmonton for the weekend. Do some shopping, maybe see a show, and I need to snag my boat as well :) Have a good week everyone. Enjoy the sunshine! It'll be winter again soon.

Well I've been sick nearly a whole week now. Such is life. Least I should be ready to party on the long weekend. I think we will be down in Etown for the long weekend for a day or 2. Maybe we can visit Sarah and Steve this time for a little while. Haven't been doing the whole blog thing much lately cause I'd rather just share pictures then my thoughts, and facebook makes it a little easier and has a bigger audience so I've been neglecting blogger.com. I got a new wakeboard! It's a CWB Pure. I also got Vapor boots. I am so excited. I've always wanted to try one. Now I just need a better boat haha. I'll have to go with friends for the time being though. The boat comes later :)

We watched the "Pursuit of Happyness" or "Crappyness" last night. Do yourself a favor and don't let your girlfriend or wife make you watch it. I don't think Jenny even liked it. Pretty boring.

Chad King had a little baby girl Cheyanne, she was born on April 3rd, and was 7lbs and 18" long. Adorable. Good lucky with the poopypants buddy.

It's officially pingpong season again. So if any of you feel up to the challenge I'll be waiting on Paradise Road for your sorry asses. Ken started at Finning today.
